Overall objective:

  • Create institutional and technical capacities at national level that allows Panama to estimate carbon content in different areas of life.

Specific objectives:

  •  Assess the net exchange of CO2 and H2O in a humid tropical forest.
  •  Assess the exchange of CO2 and H2O at plant and soil.
  •  Publish results.
  •  Develop proposals at the international level in the subject.
